Privacy Policy

01Who we are

This website is operated by Maison M, an interior design and spatial curation studio in Pakistan.

If you have any question about this policy or your information, contact us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +92 316 7322283.

02What this website does not collect

This website has no accounts, no checkout and no online payments. Our inquiry forms do not send your details to a Maison M server. When you submit a form, it opens WhatsApp or your own email app with your message already written, and nothing is sent until you choose to send it.

Your objects inquiry list is kept in your browser's local storage, on your own device. It is not sent to us unless you send an inquiry, and you can clear it at any time with ‘Clear list’ or by clearing your browser data.

03What we receive when you contact us

When you message or email us, we receive what you choose to share, which may include:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your city and country, and the address of a project or delivery once we are working together
• Details of your project or the Maison M Objects you are interested in
• Photographs, plans, measurements or other files you send us

04How we use it

We use your information to reply to your inquiry, prepare proposals and quotations, carry out the services you appoint us for, and coordinate production, delivery and installation.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the people who need it to deliver your project, for example the makers, suppliers or delivery partners involved in your order, or where we are required to by law.

05Services we rely on

Some parts of the website and our communication run on services provided by others, who handle information under their own privacy terms:

• WhatsApp, when you message us there
• Your email provider and ours, when you write to us
• Google Fonts, which supplies the typeface on this website; your browser connects to Google to load it
• Instagram, if you follow a link to our profile
• Our website hosting provider, Cloudflare, which may keep standard technical logs such as IP addresses

06Cookies and local storage

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It uses your browser's local storage only to remember the pieces in your objects inquiry. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first.

07Project photography

We photograph completed projects to show our work. We publish locations only at city level, never a street address, and we publish a project only once the relevant permissions have been checked.

08How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to your inquiry or carry out your project, and afterwards only as long as required for our records.

09Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond.

10Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date below.
