Shipping and Delivery

01How delivery is arranged

Every piece is made to order, so delivery is planned for each order rather than charged at a standard rate. We quote delivery and installation according to the piece, the destination, access to the site and the agreed scope.

Delivery and installation are arranged individually. Contact Maison M for availability and a quotation for your destination.

02Lead times

Lead times depend on the piece, its materials and its finishes. We confirm the lead time for each piece before production begins, and agree a delivery date with you once it is ready.

03Delivery within Pakistan

We deliver to clients across Pakistan. When you order, it helps to tell us:

• The delivery address and a contact on site
• The floor, and whether there is a lift
• Doorway, stair and corridor widths for larger pieces
• Whether installation or placement is needed

04International delivery

We do not offer a standard worldwide delivery service. For international inquiries, packing, freight and local installation are discussed separately and quoted for your destination.

Any import requirements, duties or taxes in your country are discussed with you as part of that quotation.

05Project deliveries

For turnkey projects and for procurement and styling, deliveries are scheduled as part of the project and coordinated with installation and final styling within the agreed scope.

06When your delivery arrives

Please inspect each piece when it arrives and tell us straight away if anything is damaged. How damage should be reported for your order is set out in your order confirmation.
