Turnkey Projects
When the layout itself has to change. We design the interior, coordinate the civil and finishing works, and hand over a room that is furnished, lit and styled.
01The Service
A turnkey project is for the house that needs more than new furniture. Walls move, openings change, ceilings and floors are reworked, and the interior is designed around the new plan from the start.
One design partner oversees everything from concept to final styling, so you never manage separate trades yourself.

Questions
Asked before we begin.
What makes a project turnkey rather than design only?
The civil work. A turnkey project changes the structure of the room as well as its design, sourcing and styling. If the space already works, Interior and Spatial Design is usually the better fit.
How is a turnkey project priced?
Every turnkey project is quoted after the brief, according to its scope and our involvement.
How long does it take?
Each project follows a tailored schedule, agreed once the brief and scope are confirmed.
